Meeting Mike our technician for the first time today has been a blessing. He was prompt,friendly and listened to my concerns. I had mentioned we just put our cat down and if he wouldn’t mind cleaning an area that wasn’t part of my quote and that I would be happy to pay extra…. He kindly said know problem and no charge😌 he also offered to throw in my hallway runner. My husband and I are old school and love to support the smaller businesses….I will for sure be using Mike in the future!! Well done sir…great pricing as well👍🏼👍🏼

Mike from Carpet Care 2000 is absolutely the best! He is incredibly kind, professional, and consistently delivers outstanding results. He’s cleaned both our carpets and our couches over the years, and every time they come out looking brand new. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and the level of customer service he provides. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in what they do. Mike was super efficient with the carpet cleaning, finished the job within 1.5 hours. Communication while setting up our appointment, being flexible with rescheduling and showing up on time are all great things I love about Carpet care 2000. Will definitely recommend and reengage the services myself when I need Carpet care again.

This is the company to hire. We had an emergency on a weekend then he fit us into his schedule. I really didn't think the stains could come out but he did an amazing job. White carpet looked all white again. Owner's a super nice guy. Price was great. Overall five stars aren't enough.

Just want to say, carpet care 2000 did a amazing job and Mike was able to do the job right the next day! We have a 6 bedroom and he did the entire house in about 2 hours! He was professional but at the same time down to earth. Also our rug is drying pretty fast within a matter of hours! We will be calling Mike in 6 to 8 months! Happy Tracy Customer on Vinewood Way!!
